WELLINGTON Oct 2 (Reuters) - Aggressive top-order batting player Jesse Ryder was passionate about rekindling his international career after having been thrown a World Cup lifeline when you are named in a New Zealand 'A' team for one-day matches involved in the United Arab Emirates next month.
